Returns & Refunds

Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority. If, within 14 days of delivery, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds for the item's cost. However, please be aware that the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be included in the refund.

To qualify for a refund, please make sure the item is in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a full refund. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a courier with a tracking number to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.

Before initiating a return, please contact us at info@cremildebispo.com with your order number and product details. Please understand that returns without prior notice or items that don't meet the original purchase conditions may not be accepted.

The refund will be processed within 72 business hours after we receive the item.

We do not accept returns on Personalized / Custom / Bespoke orders.
